Gaban Discovers Imu’s Weakness! Gaban and Robin vs Sommers! One Piece Chapter 1148 Early Spoilers!

In the previous One Piece chapter, Robin and Gaban head out to stop the God’s Knights plans to destroy Elbaph.

One Piece Chapter 1148 is titled, “Ronia”

We continue with Oni Child Yamato’s Golden Harvest Surrogate Pilgrimage, Volume 33, where Ulti and Page One secretly follow Yamato.

This is clearly mirroring Oden’s whole journey as Oden was also being trailed by his posse prior to formally adopting them, which could mean that Yamato will go out to sea with a new Akazaya Nine made of former Beast Pirates, a budding kunoichi (Tama) and probably some animals.

The chapter sees Gunko at the edge of a cliff threatening to kill Ronia, one of the ten Giant children named in the last chapter, if the Giants do not obey the Holy Knights.

Robin appears and uses her Hana Hana no Mi abilities to break Sommers’ back and manifests even more arms to throw him away.

However, he charges back towards her and prepares to kill her with his thorns  but when his attack lands, it turns out to be a clone.

The real Robin heads to the Svarr where the Straw Hats were.

Jarul orders Ange to begin burning down the schools to save the children.

Sommers follows the real Robin and traps her, preparing to attack her but then Gaban appears and casually slashes his hand.

This was a grievous wound for Sommers. 

Keep in mind that in Chapter 1146: “Motion in Stillness”, that Gunko was able to heal from Usopp’s Pop Greens, which had the explosive power to destroy half of her body, except she was able to effortlessly regenerate.

This could mean that Haki weakens Imu’s immortality or maybe even some sort of Conqueror’s Haki.

Perhaps this is confirmation of Gaban’s Advanced Conqueror’s Haki mastery since it was Joy Boy’s Conqueror’s Haki that forced the Five Elders out of Egghead Island.
