In the previous year, that distinction belonged to Chainsaw Man Chapter 167.
10. Otr of the Flame 1

The first chapter of this new series, Otr of the Flames brings us to a world of ice based on Norse mythology, where the Ice Kingdom has condemned the world to eternal winter.
After an invasion by an army of draugr raised by the necromancer Beezbl, Otr’s awakens his abilities to defeat the sorcerer and his undead and encounters the Fire Spirit Fylgja.
As of now, Otr of the Flame has 2 volumes, 32 chapters and coming.
9. Spy x Family Chapter 120

This Spy x Family chapter broke the fanbase with Yor’s confession over her growing feelings for Loid.
As of December 21, 2025, the series has sold over 41 million copies worldwide.

This is part of the ongoing Super Hero Saga, with its chapters adapting and continuing the events of the film of the same name.
As of April 7, 2025, Dragon Ball Super has sold over 12 million copies in its 10-year run.

As of April 18, 2025, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has sold over 1 million copies after only a year of release.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex continues its placement in the top 5, now at 4th instead of 3rd.

In the previous year, One Piecce had the 5th most-read chapter due to the way it nearly revealed the secret of the D clan while this one was hyped due to starting one of the most anticipated past events of the lore.

Chapter 198 took the Chainsaw Man fanbase by surprise as it turned out that Fami, whom we thought was a tenuous ally and the Famine Devil, was Death the whole time and the mastermind behind everything in Part 2.

1. Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 1

The return of Jujutsu Kaisen to the manga community has gained tremendous hype, so it makes sense why this chapter would top the list.
Previously, Jujutsu Kaisen had the second most-read chapter of last year due to the seeming return of Satoru Gojo from the dead.
Now, we have the first chapter of the sequel, set 68 years after the Culling Game and final battle against Ryomen Sukuna, where the grandchildren of Yuta Okkotsu encounter the alien Maru, whose race, the Simurians, happen to use Cursed Techniques just like the human Sorcerers do.
