Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Volume 8 Shows Ada
Ada finally has a Boruto volume cover to herself
On May 18, 2026, we got the cover for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Volume 8, which features Ada, the possesser of the Senrigan and the Shinjutsu, Omnipotence, that altered the memories of the whole Naruto world.
The cover was pure white like all Two Blue Vortex covers, with pink lettering to match her hair streaks and nail polish.
Titled, “Dancing with the Devil”, this volume covers Chapter 29: “Pest Control” and Chapter 32, where the title came from.
Ada has appeared in three volume covers in the original Boruto series, Volume 15 (September 3, 2021; covering Chapter 56-59) with her at the center while Amado, Code, Boruto and Kawaki are on the background, Volume 17 (May 4, 2022; covering Chapter 64-67) with Code carrying her brother Daemon, and Volume 19 (February 4, 2023; covering Chapter 72-75) together with Daemon, Boruto and Kawaki, cementing her place as an important supporting character for the sequels.
Note that in the original Boruto manga, most volume covers feature multiple characters beside or in the background of the lead.
This volume covers the Mamushi invasion, which has Ada as the target.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has sold a total of 1 million copies with only 4 volumes.
Meanwhile, the original Boruto sold over 10 million copies.
