Yukimiya and Zantetsu, the Double Wings of Blue Lock! Blue Lock Chapter 357 Spoilers!
We finally see Yukimiya’s training. Yukimiya and Zantetsu once again provide crucial support. Can Oliver Aiku deliver Blue Lock’s first goal?
In the previous Blue Lock chapter, Teddy Knight secures the first goal for England.
Blue Lock Chapter 357 is titled, “Double Wing”.
This chapter has 20 pages.
England 1, Japan 0.
The chapter opens by breaking down the mechanics of the “Cut In,” explaining it as a dribbling technique used to slice directly into the center of the battlefield.
While an average player might master two or three variations of this move, Teddy Knight possesses an astonishing seven different types of cut-ins, cementing this as his greatest weapon and the reason he holds a spot in the New Gen World 11.
On the sidelines, England’s Coach Fox gloats about his creation, claiming that Teddy was nothing more than a blank canvas filled with pure white desire.
Fox explains that by giving players like Teddy a “good dream and joy,” and taking absolute control over them, humans can be turned into the ultimate, perfect dolls.
Mocking Blue Lock’s current state, Fox taunts Jinpachi Ego, noting that he has been awfully quiet compared to his big mouth in France and calling the Japanese players “trash”.
Unfazed, Ego adjusts his glasses and coldly retorts that Fox has not changed, promising to carve his “modern era” of football into Fox .
On the pitch, Yoichi Isagi is locked in a state of deep tactical despair.
Isagi realizes that his entire playstyle relies on devouring his opponent’s ego, but since this England team operates entirely as egoless puppets, he has absolutely nothing to devour, meaning they are immune to his talent.
So he must figure out how to break through Fox’s unreadable tactics and find his own place to shine.
The match resumes with a fierce “RESTART!!”, shifting the offensive focus to Kenyu Yukimiya.
We get a flashback that reveals Yukimiya’s intense training 55 days prior, where he studied the Japanese sword technique of “Iaido” to master the transition between absolute “Stillness” and “Motion”.
Translating that into his dribbling, Yukimiya in the present unleashes this technique, blasting past the first English defender in the blink of an eye.
Recognizing the danger of his 1-on-1 abilities, three England defenders—including Agi—immediately swarm Yukimiya to shut him down.
Instead of forcing his way through the crowded defense, Yukimiya makes a rapid tactical decision and passes the ball outward.
The pass connects perfectly with Tsurugi Zantetsu, who is already primed in a sprinter’s “Set” position.
Zantetsu explodes forward with terrifying initial velocity, dominating the right flank and earning the title of the “Right Wing’s Hunter!!”.
Driving deep into England’s territory, Zantetsu prepares to shoot the goal himself but the goalkeeper saves the ball.
The ball then got to Agi but Kiyora managed to save it and after that the ball got passed over to the captain himself, Aiku, who has spotted the “overflowing ego” in the play and winds up for a devastating strike right at the boundary of victory.
The final page showcases a dramatic, action-packed angle from behind Aiku as he winds up his leg for a massive, full-power strike right in front of the goal.
Blue Lock Chapter 358 is titled, “Dimension Break!!!” and will be released on August 26, 2026.
