Yuji’s DOMAIN EXPANSION HAS FINALLY BEEN REVEALED! Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 265 Spoilers

Chapter 265 picks up with the conversation between Sukuna and Yuji inside Yuji’s domain. The chapter is titled “That Day.”

Scene Continuation from the Last Chapter:

Sukuna: “What is this? Is this really your domain?”

Yuji: “Shut it. I just want to talk to you. I don’t even know what this is. I just wanted time to talk to you. Come on, let’s talk for a bit.”

As they navigate an underground passage, Yuji begins to talk about his past and childhood.

Yuji: “I was born in Sendai, but I lived around here when I was 6 or 7 years old until I moved back to Sendai because of my grandpa’s work. I came back after 10 years to attend my grandpa’s friend’s funeral. There wasn’t a huge drop in the population, but I was still surprised. I wonder if that guy would have come to the funeral if my grandpa had died first.”

Sukuna is speechless as Yuji continues to talk about his childhood in the park. Yuji notices a flower and mistakes it for another, but Sukuna corrects him, saying he saw that flower in Megumi’s memory.

After some time, they engage in activities like archery and crawfish fishing. Sukuna grows increasingly frustrated as Yuji hasn’t gotten to the point.

Sukuna: “Hey… get to the point already.”

Yuji: “…Fine. I think I’ve already shown you what I wanted to show you anyway.”

Sukuna: “It’s all messy and disgusting. What are you trying to say?”

Yuji: “I used to think that understanding and fulfilling my role was what it meant to live. And when I died fulfilling my role, I could truly say that I died the right way. But now I feel differently about it.”

Yuji continues, explaining that a person’s role can be anything, and that role lies in fragments of memories that float around, even if they’re smaller than the memories that shape a person.

Finally, Yuji confronts his inner feelings and tells Sukuna, “Sukuna… I don’t like you.”

He criticizes Sukuna for using people as tools rather than valuing their lives.

The King of Curses responds, saying he understands what Yuji is trying to say but feels nothing. Enraged, Yuji says Sukuna has failed to understand that he is taking pity on him, which angers the King of Curses.

The chapter reaches its climax with the following conversation:

Yuji: “That’s right, Sukuna. I have the ability to kill you. RELEASE FUSHIGURO. If you come back to me, I’ll spare your life.”

The King of Curses finally snaps.

With a sadistic look, Sukuna says, “It seems like you’re having a severe misunderstanding. I won’t settle for just slicing you into pieces, brat. I’LL KILL EVERYONE RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES THAT YOU CARE ABOUT AND HOLD VALUE!!”
