Osaragi vs the Mother Assassin! Sakamoto Days Chapter 250 Spoilers!

In the previous Sakamoto Days chapter, Gozu overclocks himself to face off against Osaragi.

Days 250 is titled, “Throb Throb”

This chapter has 19 pages.

The chapter begins with Osaragi and Gozu standing off.

Seeing a refridgerator, Gozu opens it to grab a drink, giving Osaragi an opening but this could also be a show of superirity as he throws her through a wall.

From the hallway, the mother with the baby emerges as she expresses how tired she is and plans to sing to the baby so that it would stop crying.

She also says that the baby killed a lot of people and that it takes after its father.

Now who would the baby’s father be?

Could it be Nagumo?

There was a mystery person who killed Nagumo’s pursuers.

Or Kei Uzuki?

He is molded to be the ultimate killer by Al-Kamar alongside the other orphans.

Suddenly, the baby brings out a gun and fires at Osaragi, whose hair is grabbed by the mother as she points a knife to her neck, declaring that it is over.

Osaragi counters with a swipe from her saw but it cuts through a door, which was opened by a man, who now dies as his face is sawed in half.

Gozu comes from behind to prepare to finish her off but Shishiba comes in clutch to take Gozu on and save Osaragi.

After throwing out Gozu from the building, Shishiba checks on Osaragi and even squeezes her cheeks, worried that she might have fatal wounds.

Jumping off the building through the hole he made, Shishiba decides to go after Gozu and tells Osaragi not to let go of her own weapon.

Gozu rises up, remarking that Shishiba is unfit to be an assassin if he is worried about losing his comrades and mocks him for trying to fight Gozu alone after being beaten by him half to death.

However, Shishiba fires back and says that Gozu is a third-rate hack for failing to kill someone and it is quite an embarrassing thing to tell people.

Gozu swears to kill Shishiba but the latter tells him not to say it because when he fails again, it will not be a good look for him.

Meanwhile, the mother assassin remarks that the blood on Osaragi clearly shows off her pale skin and asks if she has a man in her life so that she can have childrne while she is young.

Being the epitome of “traditional” femininity, the mother assassin comforts her crying child and says that raising childen gives meaning to a woman’s life.

However, Osaragi says she does not want a child or the same kind of human as herself, showing again her guilt complex over her coldness to murder and finds the woman disgusting.

Of note, both do have a similar vibe, wearing dark colors and head coverings, with Osaragi obviously resembling a killer bride.

However, the mother assassin immediately loses her cool as she insults Osaragi for not being a proper adult and choosing to work as an assassin, not to mention clearly feeling jealous for her youth and clear skin.

However, the baby’s crying makes her so irritated she grabs its head with one hand and threatens to kill it.

Osaragi recalls a concept Shishiba taught her, “lots of parents”.

Shishiba corrects her, saying it is “bad parent gacha”

Sakamoto Days Chapter 251 will be released on March 16, 2026.
