NOBARA KUGISAKI IS BACK!!! JUJUTSU KAISEN CHAPTER 267 SPOILERS

In the previous Jujutsu Kaisen chapter, Yuji reaches out to Megumi’s soul through his Dismantle and with his help, Yuji manages to land some severe blows to Sukuna, all the while we see the final Sukuna finger dangling in an unknown location.

The chapter begins with Yuta & Gojo discussing their plan against Sukuna while performing body swap training. At this time, Yuta is in Gojo’s body and Gojo is in Yuta’s body.

Yuta asks Gojo to give him the final Sukuna finger so that he can make Rika eat it and copy Sukuna’s Shrine.

But Gojo declines Yuta’s request, saying that even though the final Sukuna finger can fulfill the requirements for Yuta’s Copy, it is not enough to analyze the Shrine Cursed Technique’s information. Yuta agrees to it because even with Cursed Speech, he still needed Inumaki’s input on how exactly to use it.

This explains why Cleave was not strong enough to damage Sukuna when Yuta used his Domain Expansion Mutual Authentic Love.

Gojo: I don’t think its a very smart decision to lose our connection with Sukuna 

Yuta:..? 

Gojo: Its a gamble, if I say it like Hakari…

Its the “Heat”

Yuta reveals the full requirements for Copy: Rika has to consume a part of the target’s body. The quantity and what part of the body is needed depends on the person Yuta is copying and the number of times he will use the Cursed Technique.

Yuta: You can think of it like this: if I want to copy a strong cursed technique, I need take in a part of the Jujutsu Sorcerer’s body that is pretty fatal to them.

But even with that vital part of their body, I can only fulfill the technique’s requirements with a binding vow to limit the usage.

Yuta also says that if the subject regenerates the part that Rika ate, then that part is useless and therefore the cursed technique cannot be copied.

Yuta used Inumaki and Hana’s arms since it was determined that they could not heal their arms anymore using reverse cursed technique and modern medicine

Also Yuta took a part of Charles Bernard’s ribcage to copy his Cursed Technique G Warstaff. Hakari assures Charles that he will be healed later.

Mei mei asks if Yuta already knows about Yuji and Sukuna’s Resonance from Todo. Yuta confirms that he knows about it, which is precisely why they are going to execute this plan before they fight Sukuna. To ensure the plan goes without a hitch, they will only inform Yuji of the bare minimum.

Yuta to Yuji: Although you cannot use it yet, your body is already engraved with Sukuna’s cursed technique. There’s no doubt about it since Gojo-sensei already confirmed it with his Six Eyes.

Back to the present, Sukuna notices that Yuji is missing one more finger other than the one which Sukuna tore off to transfer himself to Megumi. Sukuna realizes that Yuta bluffed him and used Yuji’s finger to Copy the Shrine cursed technique instead of his.

Utahime & Gakuganji are present at the place where Sukuna’s final finger is sealed.

Gakuganji asks if Sukuna’s finger, a special grade cursed object that is invulnerable to physical or cursed energy attacks, can be penetrated by ‘THAT’ technique

Utahime reveals the Sukuna finger’s protection can be bypassed by making a binding vow where the objective of destroying the cursed object is removed and is instead aimed at applying the cursed technique’s effect. Utahime believes “SHE” can pull it off but “SHE” just recently woke up after a long rest.

We cut to Nobara Kugisaki, FINALLY BACK and with a big grin on her face, she says “YOU’RE WELCOME, KID!”. 

Imbuing cursed energy on a nail, Nobara uses her Resonance on Sukuna’s last finger.

Sukuna’s whole body convulses and writhes in pain as he is hit by Nobara’s Resonance. Sukuna realizes that this is Nobara’s cursed technique and freaks out.

Sukuna: This is…that woman’s…!! This is bad!! My cursed technique…!! I can’t open my domain!! At this rate, the kid’s sure hit effect will…

Yuji is in tears as he recognizes that Sukuna is hit by Nobara’s technique, meaning Nobara is still alive.  We cut to Nobara smiling triumphantly

Nobara: How’s that for Oppappi, you idiot!! (this is in reference to the Oppappi line Yuji said in Chapter 32 when he came out of a box and revealed that he was still alive to his friends)

Yuji unleashes a Soul Dismantle on the weakened Sukuna.

Yuji knees Sukuna on the face and punches him hard. Sukuna throws up Even as he is beaten relentlessly by Yuji, Sukuna says he is not done yet as he punches back.

Sukuna: Did you really think you could peel me off with your makeshift domain, brat!!

Sukuna sees Yuji is at his limits since Yuji has not healed his injuries with reverse cursed technique. As domains drain cursed energy, it is over for Yuji.

Suddenly, Sukuna feels the recoil of Yuji’s second delayed impact from his “Divergent Fist”, pushing him back. This confuses Sukuna.

Yuji charges cursed energy into his right fist and gives Sukuna a cold look.

Yuji: LETS PUT AN END TO THIS EVER-CYCLING CURSE, SUKUNA

The chapter ends with Yuji, the one chosen by the black sparks, delivering one final Black Flash to Sukuna, resulting in Sukuna fainting.
