Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 228 Spoilers:

The chapter continues where it left off.

It starts with someone saying that a small barrier would logically enhance the stability of the barrier.

But the barrier is now smaller than a baseball.

Kusakabe again says “impossible” in disbelief, and Mei Mei teases him by saying, How many times have they said “it’s impossible” during this fight?

Kusakabe argues by saying that trapping oneself and their opponent inside a barrier with a mass lower than oneself would cause the collapse of the barrier.

Choso then informs Kusakabe that Gojo is using his experience of being inside the prison realm to pull off this feat.

Kusakabe continues by asking how they can change the domain conditions, especially when the barrier is already a mix of multiple conditions.

Hakari and Higuruma doubt Kusakabe and ask, “Really?”

Kusakabe replies by saying that their domains are exceptions as they are built with their cursed technique.

Mei Mei says that Gojo was trying to cover Malevolent Shrine’s whole range. As she says that, Gojo’s domain starts to heavily tremble.

Yuta speculates that Sukuna may have adjusted his domain’s range to enhance output.

As Gojo’s domain trembles more, Angel says if Gojo’s domain is destroyed, Gojo will be finished.

And on the next panel, Gojo’s domain breaks apart, and Sukuna again wins the battle of domains.

This is what everyone thought, and as Yuji watched the whole scene unfold, something no one had ever seen before happened.

Sukuna’s domain, the Malevolent Shrine, starts to collapse and fall apart. And on the next page, the King Of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna, is injured as his domain collapses in his battle against Gojo.

Seeing this, everyone gets hyped! At last, Gojo won the battle and destroyed Sukuna’s domain.

It is then revealed that Kenajuku helped Sukuna split his soul into 20 cursed objects, and with just that one encounter, Sukuna learned how to do it.

The same happens here, as Sukuna has already learned to recover his burned-out cursed technique with the reverse cursed technique.

The battle between the strongest starts again; they are again using hand-to-hand combat.

Gojo kicks Sukuna and starts to wonder why Sukuna is not using any other cursed technique than his Shrine.

Especially, before the domain clash, as before Gojo’s domain got destroyed, Gojo had the lead for almost 3 minutes.

Gojo wonders why Sukuna is taking such a risky option. He wonders why Sukuna did not use the Ten Shadow Technique or Mahoraga.

As he must have the memory where Gojo informs Megumi about Mahoraga and its fight against the Six Eyes during ancient times.

As he is wondering, Mahoraga’s wheel clicks a turn, and Gojo starts to feel dizzy and nosebleed!

The chapter ends here with the editor commenting, “What Do Those Eyes See Through?”.
