Ashito is Not Done Yet! Ao Ashi Chapter 405 Spoilers!
Ashito is not done yet as he musters the strength to stand up. Just one little push and he could end the series with an Esperion victory.
In the previous Ao Ashi chapter, Ashito falls down, using up the last of his stamina.
Ao Ashi Chapter 405 is titled, “To the Young Reeds”
This chapter has 20 pages, including the color spread.
We also see a magazine page showing a real-life Japanese boy who is a fan of Ashito and Ao Ashi joining Barcelona’s La Masia.
Esperion are shocked to see Ashito paralyzed on the field.
Demian takes the ball away to Esperion’s penalty box and prepares to make the goal.
Ashito tries to get up but then hears a voice praising his efforts, with crows flying around, almost like an omen for a noble death.
Demian’s goal seems to hit the net, with him being shocked that they have actually won.
…Except that the ball was intercepted by Togashi and the ball is now being targeted by both teams.
Throughout this last half of the chapter, we see a dog walker thinking about the kids playing on the field who would one day take up the world stage for the battle of the century.
He may not be conscious of what is going on but this scene implies something bigger than a connection to current events, that it is that small presence and a reminder that whenever you go out and see kids living their best, playing football, it is possible that you yourself are witnessing history being made.
Suddenly, Ashito rises up.
Now the ball flies up in the air.
Ao Ashi Chapter 406 will be released on May 12, 2025.
