In the previous Four Knights of the Apocalypse chapter, we get the big reveal that Merlin and Escanor were actually the grandparent puppets and the biological parents of Gawain.
The fight ends and Balin stands up as if nothing had happened, carrying Gawain on his shoulder (like a princess).

Percival approaches to heal them but the two stubborn-headed fighters fight to see who will be healed first.
In the end, Percival heals them both.
Everyone gathers and congratulates Gawain, who blushes.
