Spain’s KFC Is Offering Otaku Fried Chicken For The Holiday Season!

This might be the most random news you hear all day, but KFC has launched an Otaku Box in Spain for this Christmas!

In Japan, Christmas has become popular lately, and they celebrate it by eating chicken! Now, KFC Spain is posting ads with Japanese writings that say “In Japan it’s customary to eat KFC at Christmas’!

This fried chicken box has KFC’s old man in a manga-inspired design. These meals include Otaku Burgers, Otaku Fried Chicken, and more!

These items will be available from November 22, and till January 16.

These meals are made more Japanese-style by using teriyaki sauce! Considering the fact that Spain is a big market for anime, this isn’t really surprising.
