Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Anime Announces Orchestra Concert in August

The Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra will perform the concert alongside the conductor, Shinsuke Tairi.

Soundtrack music from Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End is going to be featured in a special orchestra concert at Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall on August 21, 2024.

The Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra will perform the concert alongside the conductor, Shinsuke Tairi.

Furthermore, the music composer and singer for the ending of the anime, Evan Call and Milet, respectively, will both join as special guests.

For the first time, the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra will perform the soundtrack along with the footage from the anime being shown at the back of the stage.

Milet will also perform the ending theme songs, Bliss and Anytime Anywhere, along with the orchestra.

The tickets can be booked in advance from April 16 to April 30, 2024, and cost 9,600 yen. To apply, the participants will need a lottery application coupon enclosed in the anime’s original soundtrack album.

The said album will be released on April 17.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End manga is written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe.

Yamda and Abe started manga serialization in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday in April 2020.

The manga has collected nine tankobon volumes as of September 2022. The manga had 8 million copies in circulation as of March 2023.
