Elfman’s DRAGON GOD UPGRADE! Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest Chapter 195 and 196 Review!

In the previous Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest chapters, the Calamity Bloods Future Rogue brought from the past into the present have reawakened in humanoid forms after 400 years of slumber.

Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest Chapter 195 is titled, “Love is Man”

Released on October 1, 2025, this chapter has 20 pages.

We now have a roadmap, a One Piece-esque one like Fairy Tail often gives for big battles.

This is the map of Aldoron.

The three remaining Books of Faris against Fairy Tail Team B are on Aldoron’s back.

The rest of Fairy Tail are somewhere else while Faris flies to Aldoron.

In an underground cavern far from Aldoron are the revived Calamity Bloods, preparing to head out.

Inside Bestia’s Dimension, Natsu faces off against Bestia and Ignia but Ignia says he is not here to fight.

Bestia confines Natsu in her flames while Ignia projects the destruction of humanity via flame portals, showing their Dragonization to a concerned Natsu.

Ignia leaves to move on to the next step of his plan.

While confined, Natsu tastes Bestia’s flames and begins eating them, much to Bestia’s horror.

Bestia also reveals that the Black Magic in Aldoron’s Magic, formed by Dogramag’s Earth Magic, is responsible for the Dragonization.

Meanwhile, Elfman fights Gaia, who Elfman calls Richard’s copycat with his “love” talk.

Gaia asks Elfman what his definition of love is, to which Elfman lists his sisters Mirajane and Lisanna, his lover Evergreen and Fairy Tail while Gaia just says it is his devotion to Faris.

Gaia then uses “Earth Annihilation” to make the floor beneath Elfman explode.

Elfman activates “Beast Soul: Sirius”, which is modelled after the wolf of Sirius Island, the holy island of Fairy Tail and the home of its first Guild Master, Mavis Vermillion, and strikes Gaia with “Vermillion Glow”.

Richard asks how Elfman was able to takeover such a beast, to which Elfman reveals it was just from his imagination.

Perhaps he did learn from his fight with Rustyrose of Grimoire Heart as his magic, Arc of Embodiment, is fueled by imagination.

This sounds like how Juvia uses Transformation Magic to turn into “Juvia Aquarius” to motivate herself but this is an actual use of Take Over Magic, so Elfman’s imagination instead created the Sirius Wolf based on the monsters he encountered, not so much conjured it out of thin air.

Natsu cheers as he watches fire TV while captured, saying Bestia’s friends are losing but Bestia clarifies that the Six Books of Faris are not her comrades.

Enemies are Food

Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest Chapter 196 is titled, “Full-Throttle Takeover!!”

Released on October 15, 2025, this chapter has 20 pages.

The chapter cover shows Mirajane and Elfman, with the latter using a yakuza greeting.

The chapter begins with Elfman pushing Gaia back but Gaia traps Elfman in rock.

We return to Mirajane’s fight against Daemon, who explains her “Acid Rule”, which melts anything it touches.

Since Daemon is a Demon, Mirajane uses Take Over since demons are her “favorite food”.

After a brief clash, Mirajane switches to her Seilah form to use Macro and control Daemon to make her melt herself but it does not work so the next Macro orders Daemon to stay in place.

Except Daemon turns into acid, which explains her immunity earlier.

With her Black Magic, Daemon gets rid of the oxygen and heightens the sulrific acid in the air, suffocating Mirajane and giving Daemon the opening to use “Acid Bomb” that explodes on Mirajane

Back to Elfman, he touches the ground and absorbs part of Aldoron, creating Beast Arm: Aldoron.

This is similar to how Elfman used Take Over on Rustyrose’s right arm, which transformed into the Jet Black Sword through his Arc of Embodiment.

At least this one is a success as Elfman was able to defeat Gaia with it.

At the same time, Mirajane also recovers and uses Plutogrim, having absorbed Alegria during the Tartaros Arc, to defeat Daemon
