Yuji Itadori IS Officially The STRONGEST! Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Volume 3 Extras Part 2 Explained
The official Jujutsu Kaisen account has declared Yuji Itadori the strongest sorcerer in history.
In Volume 3, Yuji Itadori’s profile classifies him as a Special Grade.
This could mean Yuji is the only recognized Special Grade sorcerer in the Modulo series, since Yuta Okkotsu, the last remaining Special Grade to survive the Culling Game, has passed away a few years before the start of the sequel series.
Furthermore, in the official Twitter account for Jujutsu Kaisen’s manga on July 31st, the account confirmed that the Dismantle he used in Chapter 20: “Old Soldiers Never Die” is the strongest attack in the story as it was wide enough to cover a whole city block (about 10 kilometers) while Sukuna needed his Domain Expansion to turn his Divine Flame arrow into a thermobaric bomb to level the whole Shinjuku district (200 meters)
Alongside Yuji’s Dismantle against Mahito’s Domain Expansion: Self-Embodiment of Perfection, we can clearly see how Yuji’s simpler, low output attacks have more destructive power to them than what Gojo, Sukuna and even Dabura have been capable of.
The conclusion to draw is that Yuji has surpassed every other so-called “Calamity Grade”, even the fast-learning newcomer from Simuria, Dabura Karaba.
Yuji’s Species Confirmed
“Due to having consumed the Death Paintings, he became a curse-human hybrid and his aging speed was slowed down to the most extreme measure.”
This does not mean he is immortal because only one being has the Immortality Cursed Technique, Tengen.
Yet Yuji uses Tengen as a comparison for his condition in Chapter 23: “Ritual of Harmony”, where Yuji explains that a slow-aging being like himself, the Death Paintings and Tengen could only last around 400 years before evolving into “something else”.
Furthermore, Yuji trained succesors together with Aoi Todo at one point; one of those was Miyaguni, which explains her familiar look towards Yuji in Chapter 20.
Indeed, the Volume 3 epilogue did show that Aoi Todo was Miyaguni’s master and argued adopted father.
Iori Okkotsu’s Fate Explained

Furthermore, Yuji’s profile reveals more about another character, Yuta’s pathetic son, Iori Okkotsu.
It seems he was last spotted in the Tokyo Makyo full of Cursed Spirits, still stalking Yuji Itadori.
To be able to thrive in such an environment, he would have to be quite strong himself.
The trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Volume 3 highlights this as Iori Okkotsu’s obsessive words (and different text likely from every sorcerer in Japan looking for him) are splattered all around the first few seconds, signifying that Iori was a constant menace for Yuji, probably even affecting Yuji’s own sanity.
