It is Time to Say GOODBYE to Black Clover in Spring 2026
Fans will finally say goodbye to this exciting shonen fantasy action series as it nears its end after over 390 chapters and 11 years of serialization.
On December 25, 2025, it was announced that Black Clover will have the magazine cover and lead color page of Jump GIGA 2026 Spring, which is usually released late April to early May.
It has been confirmed that Black Clover is currently in its “Super Climax” and that it will have a special feature, which usually includes major announcements and special projects.
The mention of a special feature indicates that this will be the final issue Black Clover will be featured in as the series will move forward to projects in honor of the series’ conclusion.
While the upcoming Jump GIGA Winter 2026 issue brings up the “Super Climax”, this will only be the first three chapters of that finale stretch.
If you may recall, Jujutsu Kaisen and multiple series use the term “Super Climax” to refer to the last five chapters of a series.
This will be the final batch of chapters and considering that “Super Climax” usually means the last five chapters, we will only have two chapters left, totalling 391 chapters and 38 volumes.
This coincides with the return of the Black Clover anime in mid to late 2026, which will continue with the 10th arc, the Spade Kingdom Raid at Chapter 271: “Union” and the final arc, which is ongoing, for a total of 128 chapters left to adapt.
