Sarada vs Hidari and Code BEGINS! Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 37 Spoilers!

In the previous Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter, Sarada is captured by Code just as Amado boosts Kashin Koji’s brain to accelerate his Ten Directions visions.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 37 is titled, “Belief in Him”

This chapter has 40 pages.

The chapter begins with the previous chapter’s flashback, where Boruto explained to Sarada that there are two ways to enter the hideout: using Code’s Claw Marks or his Flying Raijin Jutsu, which requires symbols to be planted in the hideout.

So Boruto trusts Sarada to get kidnapped by Code to plant those so he can come in and then rescue her to go back to the Leaf immediately.

Defeating Jura comes after Koji sees the future.

Sarada also offers to use her Mangekyo Sharingan’s Ohirume to create an opening for Boruto to catch Jura off-guard when they do fight.

In the present, Boruto sees that Code already found out about the symbols and tells Koji about it but Koji says he needs to go back.

Boruto wants to get to Sarada ASAP and asks for a way, with Shikamaru listening in to the conversation.

Here, Koji tells Inojin to cut Boruto off the transmission, with Shikamaru asking why.

Koji saw a future where Momoshiki takes over Boruto’s body and it was disastrous.

This might actually be the first chapter of the original Boruto manga.

Given Ten Directions sees multiple futures, fans think we might see a different outcome than what the original series set up 10 years ago.

Now it is more likely that this is happening and it will not be purely because of an “evil” Kawaki.

Koji explains that Momoshiki can hear Boruto’s thoughts and any voice that reaches Boruto reaches Momoshiki as well.

Inojin asks what makes sending Boruto to save Sarada a bad idea, to which Koji says that there are several triggers to the impending takeover, one of which is rescuing Sarada.

Code arrives at the hideout and meets Hidari, who is reading a picture book about cats, asking him where Jura is.

Hidari says that Jura went out and Code curses his timing.

Code presents Sarada to Hidari, identifying her as Sasuke’s daughter and Boruto’s greatest weakness.

Boruto is a tough opponent and calm because of his debt to his master Sasuke.

However, Boruto loses his cool every time Sarada is in danger.

Before Code explains his “brilliant plan”, Hidari slips through the Claw Mark of the base’s cube and attempts to kill Sarada with Chidori but Code stops him, asking him why he attacked when Sarada was supposed to be bait.

Hidari reveals that Sarada is his target.

Code explains that Sarada is the key to killing Boruto.

Since Sarada has no way out of the hideout, she is the perfect bait to lure out Boruto.

However, Hidari says that Code is in the way.

It is clear that Hidari does not care about Jura’s agenda and is obeying his instincts instead.

Code is forced to stop Hidari, grabbing his arm, using his own arm through the Claw Mark built into the Human God Tree’s body.

Hidari turns his right arm into a bunch of roots, leading to Code throwing Sarada up in the air but she finds ground to stand on.

Seeing her odds, she realizes that the best chance is to take down both Code and Hidari, who are right now against each other with Hidari targeting Code’s hostage.

Meanwhile back in the Leaf, Jura buys cat books for Hidari, with the shopkeeper recommending that Jura take his friend out on a cat cafe.

The term “friend” surprises Jura as he could not figure out for the life of him how to view Hidari.

This seems to deepen the bond between the stoic, detached Hidari and the more invested Human God Tree leader Jura.

What is funny is that Hidari is Sasuke’s copy and Sasuke visited Jura while he was still the non-sentient Ten Tails.

Meanwhile, Shikamaru learns that Jura is in the Leaf, meaning only Hidari and Code are left in the hideout.

There are only three threats left to take out and if Sarada succeeds, it is just Jura the Ten Tails.

Eida confirms that only Hidari and Code are there and Sarada is fighting them.

While Boruto is frustrated, Momoshiki appears, seeing Boruto’s weakness in action.

But while Boruto lashes out to literal thin air, he sees bloodstains on the ground.

Eida sees Code pin down Sarada to a Claw Mark and an Ohirume portal opening near the alley Boruto was on.

Eida wonders why Sarada did not use Ohirume to push Code back and counterattack or to pull herself through.

Boruto discovers Sarada’s earring, which she ripped out forcibly with the gravitational pull of Ohirume, judging from the trickle of blood on her earlobe.

This is where the bloodstains are from.

Before being captured by Code, Sarada used Ohirume to drag out her earring to be used as a means to fly himself over to where Sarada is.

Eida is moved by the romantic connection between the two.

Koji’s frog comes in, with Boruto remarking that Koji keeps disappearing and questions him being an ally.

Koji reveals that Jura is in the Leaf and he intends to keep him occupied.

Now Boruto has a chance to save Sarada.

While Jura thanks the shopkeeper, Shikamaru tells the bookkeeper Furuta that the fate of the world rests in his hands as he must make sure Jura is appeased.

The chapter ends with Kobu seemingly using Mind Transmission Jutsu to communicate with Shikamaru.

Probably with the help of the Sensory Unit since he overrules Shikamaru as the second in command of the entire Land of Fire.

Here, he reveals that Nishi has some compromising information that could out Shikamaru’s treason.

Sarada’s life and Shikamaru’s career are both on the line right now.
