Gozu Overclocks TO HIS DEATH! Sakamoto Days Chapter 249 Spoilers!
The God of Lightning stores electricty in his body to Overclock, surpassing the speed of lightning at the cost of his life.
In the previous Sakamoto Days chapter, Shishiba and Osaragi face off against Gozu, the last X’s Organization member standing.
Days 249 is titled, “Overclock”
This chapter has 13 pages.
The chapter has Gozu clash with Osaragi and Shishiba and when Gozu goes after Shishiba for being “annoying”, Osaragi comes in to protect Shishiba, absorbing the electricity with her circular saw.
Seeing a passing car, Shsihiba sticks to its side mirror and with the momentum, throws Gozu to a road sign.
This motivates Gozu to take this fight seriously, first going after Osaragi, who was his most surprising thorn, and throwing her away.
Stating he will kill both of them while he is alive, Gozu reveals he has stored electricity in his body and is now Overclocked, meaning he is boosting his performance at the cost of overheating and destroying his body slowly.
He will die soon if he does not finish them off in time and that he is willing to die for just this kill and perhaps for Uzuki’s sake as part of X’s Organization.
Looks like Gozu is taking a page from Dabura’s book in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo.
Dabura did overclock to reach lightspeed.
As Gozu declares that he can surpass lightning, Osaragi kicks him in the face and declares her intent to kill lightning, meaning Gozu himself.
There will be a break next week.
Sakamoto Days Chapter 250 will be released on March 9, 2026.
