Is Vivi Uranus? One Piece Chapter 1182 Added Spoilers!
Did the latest One Piece chapter not only reveal the Four Gods but also the Three Ancient Weapons’ true identities? We really are nearing the end.
In the previous One Piece chapter, Loki faces off against Imu, who unleashes a copy of Mihawk’s Yoru blade and reflects on his past friendship with his nemesis Joy Boy.
This information is from MbokaKN, who made the briefs before and given the current situation, it is likely not 100% accurate, so take this with a grain of salt.
One Piece Chapter 1182 is titled, “Zaza”.
Zaza is the name of the Rain Goddess, first mentioned as far back as the Noland flashback in the Skypiea Arc in Chapter 287: “God Killing”, over 23 years ago.
The name Zaza is an onomatopoeia for rain sound, pronounced “zaza” in Japanese, which fits the naming scheme of Devil Fruits.
Her body is transparent and filled with water.
Behind her is a white ring/circle (similar to the one behind Imu, but without eyes, or like Enel’s).
She wears a robe, and her face is covered by a veil, with only her eyes visible.
She also wears a cone-shaped hat decorated with jewels, some of which hang from it.
This is the attire of Alabasta, inspired by Middle Eastern, Arab cultures, hence the name Arabasta.
The part about the World Government being afraid of the Rain Goddess isn’t entirely correct. it’s more likely that the people in the Holy Land are the ones who fear rain.
Since the Celestial Dragons live in a world cut off from suffering, rain is viewed as an inconvenience, so it seems that Imu is able to protect constant light or control weather.
Or perhaps the Red Line never rains and the presence of rain causes the Celestial Dragons to fear it.
As we stated in our early spoilers, given the rain itself is feared by the World Nobles and especially with Vegapunk’s message about the world’s flooding, it could be that the World’s Most Wanted Criminal, Monkey D. Dragon, holds the World’s Most Dangerous Power, that of the Zaza Zaza no Mi or the Hito Hito no Mi: Model Zaza.
However, there are other details that could reveal more about the culture and nature of these gods.
For example, like Imu, Zaza has a halo of smoke but without the angel eyes, instead the eyes are replaced with raindrop shapes.
Imu also happens to have Lunarian features, as we theorized before, so perhaps the Land of the Gods really is so, with Four prominent Gods like Zaza and Nika but also other gods among the Lunarians.
And they could be gods because they have Mythical Zoans.
Finally, Zaza wears the attire of Arabasta and Imu’s design and characterization is inspired by Middle Eastern, Abrahamic culture, so it is possible the Lunarians also have this appearance.
Which could even tie to images like the cross for both Nika and the World Government.
Anyway.
Alongside the empowerment of Sommers and Killingham, we also see a small flashback of Sanji and Kilingham(before Imu kicking him away) where Kilingham mocks Sanji again, saying they gonna finish their mission as he is about to be revived like Sommers was in that chapter.
The Four Gods Fully Revealed
Contrary to our hints, Imu is not one of the Four Gods but judging from his design being similar to Zaza’s but having biblically-accurate angel eyes, it seems that Imu himself is indeed one of them.
And if our hunch is to be believed, it is possible all of the Gods of One Piece were Lunarians, which would explain why the Shandians, Birkans and Skypieans have smaller wings and why Enel is uniquely shaped with his ring replacing his Birkan wings with a ring of shrine taiko drums, possibly from birth or by choice and likely because the Sky Peoples have a shared idea of their gods having the hagoromo scarf of clouds representing their divine status.
Which could mean that all Mythical Zoans are treated as gods.
However, while Imu is not one of the Four Shandian Gods, another Final Villain candidate is.
Marshall D. Teach.
We have discussed as far back as Chapter 1138: “The Harley”, about the possibility that Blackbeard is the fourth godlike entity alongside Imu (the demon with wings on the left side), Nika, and Nidhogg (the dragon atop the tree), and that he is the gigantic Hellfire Serpent.
There is credence to this due to the prominence of Davy D. Jones in the God Valley flashback and the introduction of Nika and Nidhogg together, not to mention how Imu has personally met and connected with Joy Boy, Nidhogg and Davy Jones.
Davy D. Jones claimed to the original King of the World before Imu usurped him.
The World.
The Earth.
And now Davy is called the Lord of the Depths, the Earth under the Sea.
And considering that on the right side of the mural, the Hellfire Serpent emerged from the depth, this means that this being is associated with the Earth.
“The earth god raged, and with its serpent of hellfire, shrouded the world in death and darkness.”
In the First World, mankind acquiring the Forbidden Sun, likely the Motherflame, angered the Earth God and it unleashed the Serpent of Hellfire, likely an Ancient Weapon.
Since the Earth God shrouded the world in “darkness” (yami), this is a hint to the true nature of the Yami Yami no Mi, the “most evil” of all Devil Fruits, prior to the reveal of the Devil’s Fruit in Chapter 1179: “Nerona Imu Descends”.
Since the Forest God could tame demons, it is possible Imu, being the progenitor of demons via the Devil’s Fruit, is the Forest God.
However, as we theorize in Chapter 1177, it could also be that Chopper is the Forest God due to the other meaning of tame, which is to render docile or peaceful.
So to recap:
The Shandians worship four gods.
The Sun God, Nika, who is also a central god of Elbaph.
The Rain God, Zaza, who is revealed via Killingham’s MMA.
The Earth God
And the Forest God.
The original forms of these gods might have been revealed, so perhaps the Earth God is Davy Jones himself.
The Forest God could be Imu.
If so, then the Rain Goddess’ current holder could be Monkey D. Dragon and the Earth God’s current holder is Marshall D. Teach.
It is possible that the Yami Yami no Mi is not a Logia due to the lack of intangibility but a Mythical Zoan, a mislabeling like Luffy’s Paramecia Gomu Gomu no Mi so the Government can hide the truth of a great enemy.
Since an awakened Mythical Zoan will essentially reincarnate its personality, perhaps in Teach’s case, the personality lives within Teach, who coexists among two others, which explains the Three Heads of the Saber of Xebec: himself, his father and their ancestor god, Davy D. Jones.
Or due to the trauma of losing his parents, Teach could have a split personality, where he switches from the tactical and noble Rocks or even of Davy Jones himself, literal inherited Will.
There are other gods because of their Mythical Zoan powers or dreams, such as Ragnir and his master Nidhogg via the War God that Imu met, hence why Imu only called him by his god name, unlike with Joy Boy and Davy Jones.
Notably, two of these gods are from the D Clan because they are rebels against Imu.
Meanwhile, Nidhogg is a neutral party, being against both Imu and Joy Boy.
Why is Imu Obsessed with Vivi?
We might have one other possible reason why Imu is obsessed with Vivi and her ancestor Lili.
At the start of the New World part of the One Piece story, we were not only introduced to Joy Boy via the Poneglyphs but also the Princess as the Ancient Weapon Poseidon.
What if the Princess motif in Oda’s storytelling is more than a role for the story but a function for a thing?
Poseidon is the Ancient Weapon incarnate capable of controlling Sea Kings.
What if Uranus is the same, with Vivi as the key?
The only issue with it is that Imu already has Uranus as it is the only other Weapon not claimed by anyone.
Shirahoshi is still scot free on Fishman Island.
Pluton is on Wano, as revealed at the end of the arc.
Unless of course Vegapunk’s Motherflame was the substitute for control and it was barely enough for Imu to fully utilize the weapon, hence why he insists on having Vivi.
Furthermore, Wano does not have a Princess model.
So perhaps that is the purpose of the Kozuki Clan.
Only the Shogun can open the borders of Wano and thus activate Pluton.
Not only to read and write Poneglyphs but even have someone capable of controlling it.
After all, the Akazaya Nine would give their lives for Momonosuke.
Momonosuke is also able to talk to Zunesha using the Voice of All Things.
Perhaps the Voice of All Things is a connection that each “Princess” shares with the Ancient Weapon and said Weapon is some sort of living ship.
Pluton is a living ship, which could be tied to the concept of Klabautermann, the spirit of the ship, as shown with the Going Merry.
Poseidon is a Mermaid Princess who commands the power of the Sea Kings of the world.
Uranus could be a living cloud, capable of not only firing sixteen divine lasers down from the heavens.
The Earth is represented by Pluton, who is named after the Roman God of the underworld, Pluto, hence why it is buried underground on Wano.
The Sea is represented by Poseidon, who is named after the Greek God of the Sea (the Princess Shirahoshi’s father is named after the Roman counterpart of said god), now on Fishman Island.
The Sky is represented by Uranus. who is named after the Greco-Roman primordial God of the Sky, and is currently on the Red Line, the sole continent of One Piece.
Yet it is ironic that the Forest God or the Devil has partial command over the Sky Weapon.
And that its key is a secret member of the D Clan.
There will a BREAK NEXT WEEK.
One Piece Chapter 1183 will be released on May 25, 2026.
