Jujutsu Kaisen Hidden Inventory Movie Leaves Fans Emotional With ORIGINAL Post-Credits Scene
New scenes were added at the end of the Jujutsu Kaisen compilation movie that moved fans to tears.
On May 30, 2025, some Japanese accounts have posted their thoughts on the Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory/Gojo’s Past Arc Movie that had just released to theaters.
Most expressed how much they cried or felt emotional over the new scenes.
It was that noted that there were a total of 54 extra scenes or pictures added to the end of Hidden Inventory Arc Movie
The official Jujutsu Kaisen account told viewers of the movie to pay attention to the end.
Some have taken it to mean that there is a Season 3 announcement or even a teaser but as it turns out, it is the post-credits scene
Juju Stroll
The Juju Stroll is at the start of the movie instead of at the end, which is where it traditionally is at the end of every episode.
While there are very few leaks posted, this sets up the movie as the trio of Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto and Shoko Ieiri are in the cinema watching a movie.
One notable scene is of Gojo holding a large lump of popcorn in his right hand.
Post-Credits Scene
As the acoustic version of Ao No Sumika plays in the background, we see a set of pictures, which according to fans totals 54 new pictures.
This begins with a photo of Gojo and Shoko’s graduation.
This is followed by a picture of Gojo, Geto, Shoko, Nanami and Haibara playing soccer together.
There is also a group pic of the characters having meals in someone’s house.
We also see a picture of Gojo gazing at Geto’s face while he is asleep.
There is a photo of Gojo and Geto making weird faces at each other, as well as another photo of the main trio of Gojo, Geto, and Shoko in a hotel room.
There are multiple solo shots of Geto.
There is a photo of Yaga with his students, Gojo, Shoko and Utahime beside her.
We also see the girls, Utahime to the left of the photo, Shoko at the center, and Mei-mei to the right wearing their yukatas for a summer festival.
Surprisingly, we get a picture that involved the anime or manga canon events as it turns out that Nanami and Haibara joined Gojo and Geto during their Okinawa trip while guarding Riko Amanai.
The montage ends with Gojo, Geto and Shoko’s entrance ceremony pic in which Shoko is in the middle of Gojo and Geto, who are looking the other way, as if the pair had a fight and are upset at each other.
Additionally, there is a re-release of the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 set for October 17, 2025, with a trailer that came with the announcement.
These movie releases and more could signal the eventual return of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime in Season 3.
The Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory movie will be released to North American theaters on July 16, 2025.
