In the previous Black Clover chapters, Lucius is finally defeated by Asta and Yuno and Julius sacrifices his life to save those who died during the Last Judgment.
On April 23, 2026, we got a preview for the upcoming final chapters of Black Clover, Chapters 390 to 392.

This is not the first time Asta was given Wizard King imagery.
As early as Chapter 118 (2017), we see Asta with a crown and royal robes for a colored chapter cover.
On August 11, 2025, one of Tabata’s illustrations for the 10th anniversary of Black Clover shows both Asta and Yuno in their unique Wizard King attire.
Black Clover has officially reached its “serialization climax”, which means the series will be ending next week.
In this issue, there will be merchandise announced for Jujutsu Kaisen and its sequel, Modulo as it will be releasing the final Volume 3 for Modulo on the same day.
