One Punch Man Artist Denies Rumors Regarding His Involvement With Season 3
Fans were visibly upset over this clarification, and rightfully so, because everyone knows how much of a downgrade Season 2 was once JC Staff took over from Studio WIT.
Ever since Yusuke Murata launched his own animation production studio on Jan 1, 2023, fans couldn’t help but wonder whether he and his team would take over the One Punch Man anime and animate Season 3 himself. But unfortunately, that theory has now been debunked.
The One Punch Man artist himself took to Twitter on Feb 10, 2024, to shatter the rumor, saying that he is in no way involved with One Punch Man Season 3. He further clarified that his studio is his own project, and Zayuki is again his own thing.
ちなみにワンパンマンのアニメ3期に関わってるわけではありません。アニメ制作は自前の企画です。

“By the way, I am not involved in the third season of the One Punch Man anime. The animation production is my own personal project.”
Fans were visibly upset over this clarification, and rightfully so, because everyone knows how much of a downgrade Season 2 was once JC Staff took over from Studio Madhouse. So I wouldn’t blame fans for hoping for a studio change and that Murata would come to the rescue.
