Kagurabachi Has a Sudden Break This Week
After releasing weekly chapters nonstop, this manga has decided to take a much needed break.
On October 22, 2025, it was announced that Kagurabachi will be on break this week and not feature in Weekly Shonen Jump Issue 48 due to some circumstances with production.
This could mean that the manga chapter has yet to be submitted or is unfinished.
Ever before the release of Chapter 95: “Flood” on September 29, whose last half is filled with unfinished pages, many fans have expressed concerns over Hokazono’s schedule and health, even hoping that he would take a break.
This break seems to signify Hokazono’s difficulty with the weekly format.
Kagurabachi Chapter 99 will be released instead on November 3, 2025 on Issue 49 of Weekly Shonen Jump.
