CD Projekt Red Hints New Cyberpunk 2077 Anime!
He revealed that a live-action project based on Cyberpunk 2077 is in the early development.
During the recent developer presentation, CD Projekt Red’s chief commercial officer, Michal Nowakowski, talked about the company’s expansion plans for the Cyberpunk 2077 franchise.
During the Q&A session, Nowakowski was asked about CD Projekt Red’s plans for expanding the franchise beyond video games.
He revealed that a live-action project based on Cyberpunk 2077 is in the early stages of development.
Nowakowski followed it by stating that there was a lot planned, and for a long time they didn’t speak about Edgerunners as it wasn’t ready.
During the interview with Cyberpunk 2077 Edgerunners producer and CDPR’s Japan country manager, Satoru Hunma said that the anime is a standalone story and there were no plans to continue this.
