Sanji is OFFICIALLY STRONGER THAN ZORO! One Piece Chapter 1197 Hints!
Sanji has officially unlocked not only Conqueror’s Haki but another type of Haki that would actually dominate over Zoro’s Armament Haki expertise.
In the previous One Piece chapter, accepting Ivankov’s words after two years, Sanji overcomes his self-denial and self-sacrificing tendencies, declaring that Killingham will not land a blow on him anymore.
One Piece Chapter 1197’s preview is as follows:
“Crisis approaches Elbaph!! What will be the fate of the Straw Hat Crew?!”
Conqueror’s Unlock
The chapter begins where we left off, with Killingham refusing to believe that Sanji would be true to his word about avoiding all of his attacks.
The chapter does show Sanji finally unlocking Conqueror’s Haki.
Advanced Observation Haki
As we stated in the previous chapter, it seems like Sanji will not only awaken his Conqueror’s Haki but alongside his Advanced Observation Haki or Future Sight, which would give Sanji the means to fully avoid every one of Killingham’s attacks.
Although Killingham is likely an opponent that lacks the combat experience of Kaido’s All Stars or Charlotte Katakuri, this is still an impressive display as he could dogwalk Killingham and cement his dominance in the fight.
No Break Next Week?
Rejoice, One Piece fans!
There will be NO BREAK NEXT WEEK.
One Piece Chapter 1198 will be released on November 9, 2026.
Of note, there are only two chapters after that before One Piece reaches another milestone: 1,200 chapters.
We could see One Piece reach Chapter 1200 by the first week of December, which will be the first issue for 2027, a fitting place for such a milestone, possibly with a color page or two.
