Kagurabachi on Another Break
Kagurabachi is once again on another health break in spite of having recently returned from a month-long hiatus.
On September 3, 2026, it was announced that Kagurabachi would be taking a break due to the author’s sudden illness.
The series will likely return after the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine break set for Silver Week (September 19 to 26).
This means Kagurabachi will be released again on September 28th.
This could explain the recent string of 13-15 paged chapters after coming back from the month-long June hiatus.
A lot of fans have been worried about the mangaka’s health and pointed out the consistent issue of Jump’s authors facing tight deadlines at the cost of their health.
Kagurabachi’s anime adaptation will be released on April 2027.
