Bundus Takes Gountess’ Necklace! Gachiakuta Chapter 173 Spoilers!

In the previous Gachiakuta chapter, we finally learn about the biggest secret of the whole series: the Four Apostles and the Gods who have been killed by humanity and are the source of Anima for Vital Instruments.

Gachiakuta Chapter 173 is titled, “Forgot Something?”

This chapter has 9 pages, potentially meaning this is another split chapter.

The chapter begins with Rudo facing a heavy duty utility truck owned by the Hell Guard that will take him to the South Ward General Hospital but Rudo says he wants to go back to the Doll Fest, as when he checks his pockets, he realizes that Gountess’ Necklace Connect is missing and so he panics.

Meanwhile, Meriege drives Zanka and Riyo to the general to see Enjin but she and Mildretta ask if they want to visit Rudo.

Zanak explains that Hell Guard interrogations usually take a long while, especially if it is headed by his sister Kyouka.

Behind them and Amo are Otto and Epalte Adderoy, with Fu between them.

Rudo runs off to find the Necklace, with the Hell Guard noting that Kyouka only took Rudo’s Choker and nothing else.

Rudo continues panicking over losing Gountess’ precious treasure since everything had been happening so fast.

As he searches the trash, he hears someone.

It is Bundus, one of the Raiders.

Bundus seems to have his own game to play, so this will not be a direct fight.

Of course, Rudo would rashly try to take the Necklace off his hands but Bundus will insist on a deal in exchange for some information.

For instance, he asked Bro Santa about Corvus, meaning he might be going after Corvus for some reason.

That being said, he went on his initiation mission to earn a reward from Zodyl, an antique with the name of Canis Surebrec, implying he is a treasure hunter.

Or he has some relation to the Nameless Recorder, one of the Four Apostles but we still have yet to see.
