Lancelot Becomes the FINAL BOSS! Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 247 Spoilers!
By making arguably the dumbest decision in the series, out of love, Lancelot takes in Cath’s evil power and becomes the final boss.
In the previous Four Knights of the Apocalypse chapter, Cath Palug taunts Lancelot with a captive Guinevere.
Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 247 is titled, “Darkness Comes so that One May Realize Love”
This chapter has 20 pages.
The cover shows Lancelot with Guinevere overlooking a mountainous scenery within Camelot.
Galahad finally identifies his mother as the one held by the cat monster.
As Guinevere cries out for Lance, Cath attempts to squeeze her head as a warning to Lance and he figured out Lance was responsible for her strange words and the humans disappearing after the wedding in Chapter 219: “What I Want Known”.
Cath explains the reason he is doing this: even if he gathers his remaining Chaos power, he cannot defeat Lancelot so he is willing to use a valuable hostage to make Lancelot pull off a wager.
Something to test his humanity.
Lancelot points the spear on his neck, offering to end himself so Guinevere can live, with everyone panicking about it.
However, this is not what Cath wants as he only cares about destroying the world.
Instead, he is offering a contract where Lancelot accepts Cath’s Chaos into himself along with Cath’s wicked will.
In essence, Cath will possess Lancelot’s body.
If Lance refuses, even if he is defeated, Cath will make sure Guinevere dies alongside him.
An easy deal if you think about it.
Even Guinevere says so as she lost her entire kingdom.
Lance should refuse and be super-fast like Galahad displayed, use Zero Sign to grab Guinevere…
…And he chooses to destroy the world for a girl he only knew for 3 years.
Cath is shocked like everyone else but the magic takes effect as he declares that the strongest, Lancelot, shall be the most diabolical of all time.
Lance tells the Knights to kill him without hesitation.
Tristan cries out for his lost friend, who is now enveloped in a powerful wave of energy.
The chapter ends with Lancelot in a mental plane with Guinevere, promising to never be alone with her and in Fairy Tail style, it is implied they did the deed that enabled Galahad to be born 9 months later.
Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 248 is titled, “The Worst Scenario Possible!!” and will be released on August 5, 2026.
