Blue Lock Season 3 Key Visual Revealed!
Our first preview of Blue Lock Season 3 confirms that the first half of the series’ longest arc will be adapted but fans worry it will meet the same fate as the previous season.
On June 8, 2026, from the upcoming issue of Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine, we got our first sneak peek into Blue Lock Season 3, which is titled, “Neo Egoist League Arc” and we see the key visual featuring Isagi, with Michael Kaiser on the background.
There is no date although it is likely set for 2027.
This season will cover the sixth and longest arc of the entire series, covering from Chapter 152: “Restart”, released on November 17, 2021, up to Chapter 302: “It’s Fine” on May 13, 2025, for a total of 150 chapters and 3 and a half years.
However, the new season will start at Chapter 150: “Holiday” and if it follows a traditional cour structure, this could adapt all the way up to Chapter 205: “Man of the Match” for a total of 55 chapters, concluding the match between Bastard Munchen (Isagi’s team) and Manshine City (Reo and Nagi’s team).
8bit is still the studio in charge, which made fans worry due to the disappointing, lackluster and under-animated Season 2 adaptation, which had 14 episodes, covering the Third Selection and U-20 Arcs (Chapters 95-149).
Within the same announcement, we got confirmation that Blue Lock’s manga has sold over 60 million copies.
