Choujin X Volume 16 Features The Second Timeskip’s New Lead
As we enter the third major saga of Choujin X, the second timeskip into the year 2003, we receive the cover for Volume 16
On May 21, 2026, we got the cover for the first cover of the third saga or second timeskip of Choujin X, Volume 16 of the manga, featuring Arulu, the niece of the Darkness Choujin, Shadowl Shant
This volume cover shows Arulu in a boxing pose, with fingerless gloves and a defensive or mournful look over a green background.
Arulu is the first character to appear in the second timeskip in Chapter 70 Part 1: “The Events Leading Up to March 2003, Part 1”, holding the urn containing her uncle’s ashes.
Having 244 pages, this volume comprises of Chapter 70: “The Events Leading Up to March 2003” to the three-part Chapter 72: “Behold the Marked”, which just finished its run on May 15th, with the content totalling 231 pages.
Volume 16 will be released on June 18, 2026.
Choujin X has sold over 2.45 million copies as of February 19, 2026.
