Kagurabachi’s 1st Popularity Poll Reveal Surprising Results
After 3 years and 120 chapters, Kagurabachi revealed the results of its first popularity poll and the top 15 may surprise fans.

The Top 15 are as follows:
- Chihiro
- Uruha
- Hakuri
- Shiba
- Samura
- Enji Sazanami
- Hiruhiko
- Azami
- Soya Sazanami
- Fushimi
- Hiyuki
- Sojo
- Yura
- Iori and Natsuki (tie with 503 votes)
First properly introduced in Chapter 46, Yoji Uruha is a surprising contender for 2nd place, where Samura, the cool badass swordsman mentor and former anti-hero, and Hakuri, the deuteroganist, would be.
While not being the most remarkable in terms of feats, Uruha must have appealed a lot to the Japanese fanbase due to his design and loyalty to Chihiro.
Surprisingly, Hiruhiko and Enji are more popular antagonists than the main villain, Yura. or even Genichi Sojo, who was highly praised by Western fans for being a solid first arc antagonist.
In spite being the most prominent female character of the series, Hiyuki Kagari barely makes it to the Top 10 and is instead overtaken by the one-time Kamunabi Sorcerer and Uruha protector Fushimi first shown in Chapter 46.
