The Final Saga of the Seven Deadly Sins Sequel Begins! Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 219 Spoilers!
The Seven Deadly Sins, the Five Races, and the Four Knights of the Apocalypse stand united as they finally take on Camelot in what could possibly be the final saga of the entire franchise.
In the previous Four Knights of the Apocalypse chapter, Lancelot arrives at Camelot in disguise and hidden via Zero Sign to visit Guinevere.
Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 219 is titled, “What I Want Known”
This chapter has 20 pages.
The cover shows Lancelot with Guinevere sitting on the floor.
The chapter begins with the castle guards making sure Guinevere is safe and not to let anything, even a mouse, pass.
Mouse and monster cat.
Guinevere wonders how Lancelot was able to slip pass every guard, with Lancelot telling her to thank his dad Ban for the training to conceal his infinite stores of Magic since he was
Guinevere tells Lancelot she already expected his arrival via her Kaleidoscope.
Guinevere is intrigued that Lancelot never once asked about using her powers while “King Arthur” is obsessed with figuring out the figure but Lancelot says that whether or not we know the future, we all die someday.
This is so juicy to think about
Cath Palug said that nothing matters because everything will be destroyed at the end of the day.
Yet the nihilistic cat monster wants to know the future so badly.
The embodiment of malice believes it is a fixed truth that all things will be destroyed yet cannot see the future of its own destruction.
It is almost like Cath is afraid for its own future, that while it will keep coming back to destroy Arthur’s and humanity’s hopes and dreams, it does have a fear of death.
Arthur’s absorption of Cath did not erase the devil yet there was still a lack of control in the cat monster.
Control is the opposite of Chaos and Cath wants control while Arthur tries to embrace the Chaos embodied in humanity.
Cath is indeed the Lucifer, the jealous fallen angel of his mother Chaos.
And yet Lancelot’s reason for not seeking future answers is because he has accepted that inevitability while Cath is denying that fate which he enjoys seeing in others.
Lancelot also met his friends and Guinevere without needing to know the future, so he is grateful for his encounters.
Now Guinevere is asking for the sake of the audience: what was Lancelot up to in the two-year timeskip.
She knows Lancelot was taking on many Camelot knights as the “God of War” (the Horseman of War from the Four Horsemen that the four leads are based on).
But Guinevere wonders why Lancelot did not bother wiping out Camelot with his power.
Suddenly, Lancelot shapeshifts into his large man disguise from the last chapter, squishing Guinevere a bit in their tight space, and, like to her family, he hands her a talisman, even reciting his spiel.
The talisman is actually a magic amulet modeled after the mechanism that opens the door to Camelot, forcing the bearer to be transported to Britannia.
It is clear that his mission was to save Britannia, not destroy Arthur and besides he knows his limits.
Transporting the people one by one would be a bad idea as “Arthur” would notice, so he will wait for the right time to bring everyone out of Camelot.
After Lancelot changes back, Guinevere hugs him.
We cut back to the present as Lancelot chants the incantation to return to Britannia:
“May the door to Britannia open before me. Accept me and offer me its guidance”
The Giants there are surprised he just appeared in front of them.
When Lancelot recalls Guinevere kissing him on the cheek, he blushes, implying that he might be reciprocating her feelings for him.
Inside the castle, Lancelot reunites with the other Knights of Prophecy, with Lancelot asking about Percival’s offscreen honeymoon with his two girlfriends, which made Anne and Nasiens nervous and Percy wide in his smile.
Donny complains about not joining and not knowing Nasiens was a girl.
In the main hall, Lancelot is surprised to see all the Seven (five) Deadly Sins in front of him.
Seeing Ban makes Lancelot worry about his mother and Benwick’s safety.
Lancelot also sees that Gowther has a spare body from Merlin.
Covering Lan-lan with her hair, Aunt Diane tells Lancelot not to worry because both Benwick and the Fairy Realm have reliable guards.
In the Fairy Realm and Benwick, we see a new alliance, forged by the circumstances of the New Holy War 16 years ago.
Representing the Demon Clan, Zeldris and Gelda, together with Schwarz and the Six Knights of Darkness (successors of the Ten Commandments and the offshoot Six Knights of Black from the Prisoner of the Sky movie), with the fairies hiding behind out of caution.
We also see Mael, representing the Goddess Clan, alongside ex-Goddesses Jenna and Zaneri, who became leader of the Druids after the original Holy War and helped seal Meliodas’ Darkness.
Tioreh enjoys touching Mael’s wings.
Of course, Matrona remains to represent the Giant Clan.
In each panel, we see all of King and Diane’s children in the background, especially in Mael’s part.
Gawain wonders why they were all summoned, with Lancelot declaring that they are all going to war.
Meliodas remarks that if Liones makes any moves, Camelot will invade the Kingdom, so Meliodas says that the Seven Deadly Sins will take care of the situation.
Now we are seeing why the Sins are still relevant even though their purer bloodlines and power limits prevent them from entering Camelot, unlike the Four Knights, who are two of the strongest Hybrids, a Gowther-esque human and a Life Spirit.
So Meliodas gives his orders for the Four Knights of Prophecy to attack Camelot, find Merlin and acquire the key to shattering Chaos for good.
Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 220 is titled, “Giving the Signal for a Counterattack!!” and will be released on January 7, 2026.
