SAE ITOSHI RETURNS AFTER 4 YEARS! BLUE LOCK CHAPTER 307 SPOILERS!
After 160 chapters and over 4 years or 1,353 days, Sae Itoshi makes his reappearance in the Blue Lock story
In the previous Blue Lock chapter, Buratsuta approaches Nagi with an offer he cannot refuse.
Blue Lock Chapter 307 is titled, “Bunny”.
This chapter has 20 pages.
The color page features the Egoist Four wearing blue suits, with Yoichi Isagi at the center, Chigiri to the left side of the image, followed by Bachira and Kunigami on the right.

The chapter begins with Isagi arriving at the Barcelona airport.
The box Ego sent him in Chapter 304: “Dream” contained two tickets: one for a plane to Barcelona and another for a football match.

The man has a scar on his face and wears a hat and waves at Isagi.
The man invites him to try his dish.
Isagi asks about the name of the food but he speaks in Japanese since he does not know how to communicate in Spanish.
Surprisingly, the man responds in Japanese, saying it is Fideuà (“fee-deh-wah”) or Pasta paella.
The man asks where Isagi is from and Isagi explains that he is from Japan and has come to Barcelona to learn about the world’s football.
Isagi excitedly shares his passion about learning more about football and its tactics or how the evolution of modern soccer has accelerated thanks to scientific analysis.
Most of all, Isagi believes that it is player individuality that dictates the trends of an era.
The man says that unlike Isagi, he used to like something but it has been a long time since he has really understood himself.
He also says that when he sees someone who is happy, he wants to die, much to Isagi’s confusion.
The man apologizes
In turn, Isagi notes that the man has a “sad smile” when they first laid eyes on each other.
The man says that this is rude, which Isagi apologizes for.
The man leaves first, having finished his meal and thanks Isagi for the fun time.
Isagi orders something, saying it in English but points to a bottle of agua de ruda (rue water that is said to drive off evil spirits), which the cashier corrects him on.
Isagi then runs to the match, not being late thankfully.
Isagi marvels at this sacred place of football and sees the teams enter.
Isagi recognizes one of them, Lavinho, who played during the Neo-Egoist League/
To Isagi’s surprise, he finds the man he met in the restaurant earlier playing for FC Barcha and we know his name.

This is Sae’s first proper appearance since Chapter 148: “Declaration”, released on September 29, 2021, meaning the last time Sae has appeared was at the end of Blue Lock Season 2 that aired on December 28, 2024.
This means that after 160 chapters and over 4 years or 1,353 days, Sae Itoshi makes his reappearance in the Blue Lock story.
It seems Sae is after Bunny Iglesias as well.
