My Hero Academia Real Final Episode Coming This May
My Hero Academia’s real ending is about to be on television screens soon, as we explore the adult lives of Deku and the rest of Class 1-A
Around December 24, 2025, it was already confirmed after the airing of the final episode of My Hero Academia that there would be a special episode titled “More”, based on the epilogue from Volume 42 released on December 24, 2024.
Fans were worried before but once the final episode aired, these concerns were put away as it was announced that the epilogue will be adapted, showing the true ending of the series.
On April 3rd, we got an official key visual for the special episode, featuring the adult Class 1-A in their new hero outfits.
The episode is numbered Episode 170 +1, rather than 171, showing that it is additional material.
The special episode is set for May 2, 2026 at 5:30 PM JST.
At the same time, the My Hero Academia anime is celebrating its 10th anniversary, with multiple projects expected in 2026.
