Shishiba Weakens Gozu! Sakamoto Days Chapter 252 Spoilers!

In the previous Sakamoto Days chapter, Osaragi defeats her opponent after succumbing to a bathtub of poison.

Days 252 is titled, “Reason”

This chapter has 19 pages.

The mother assassin nears death as she feels the pain is like giving childbirth.

She is shocked by the amount of poison Osaragi took in but now the mother assassin who once used it is feeling the effects as she loses her hearing and is unable to stop a kick from Osaragi.

Osaragi remarks that she is seeing a ghost, so the mother assassin plays along and declares that she will curse the younger woman.

However, Osaragi realizes that since ghosts do not have reflections or shadows, then the woman before her is not a ghost.

Osaragi punches the mirror next to her and declares that death has come for the mother assassin

Fearful of Osaragi, the mother flees, turning off the lights and hiding in a closet with her baby.

However, the baby’s cries lead Osaragi to their location, almost like the baby wants its mother killed.

And so Osaragi slices the closet and the woman’s head along with it, all the while the baby cheers.

Sensing the effects of the poison kicking in, Osaragi puts her circular saw behind and we learn that its name is “Kamigamawari-san”, then she collapses.

Meanwhile, Gozu and Shishiba clash, ripping off Gozu’s shirt and revealing a metal core attached to his chest.

Gozu explains that the Al-Kamar Orphanage experimented on all of his comrades.

Nine of them underwent surgery but Gozu was the only one with a match.

Recalling the hellish days spent there, Gozu states that he will take back the lives that they stole.

Grabbing a swing chain, Gozu throws the electrified swing down on Shishiba, who thinks back to the conversation in the previous chapter’s flashback.

Here, Shishiba admits he wishes to quit being an assassin, as there is no end to cleaning up the trash and sees the Order and its assassinations as pointless.

He feels like a tool of the JAA that will be thrown away once broken.

Then Shishiba recalls Osaragi and also his time as Yotsumura’s subordinate, as the man kept dragging Shishiba around on missions and declares that he will be like Yotsumura and keep bringing Osaragi around, to keep Osaragi company.

The chapter ends with Shishiba breaking Gozu’s right nail guards, cutting Gozu’s power effectively by half.

With Gozu’s right hand disabled, Shishiba now stands a chance at winning.
