Will Shin Be KILLED OFF? Sakamoto Days Chapter 215 Spoilers!
What happens after this chapter will probably define the reputation of Sakamoto Days moving forward. Will Suzuki kill off one of the main characters to move the plot forward?
In the previous Sakamoto Days chapter, Shin and Kei Uzuki continue their fight in an aquarium.
Days 215 is titled, “Heaps of Corpses”
This chapter has 18 pages.
The chapter begins with Shin staring down at Uzuki as they step on a flooded floor.
Shin at the start thinks he will not survive against Uzuki’s Takamura personality but he has no choice.
After Takamura cuts the pillar in front of Shin, Shin realizes his future sight can barely keep up with Takamura’s movements and yet Nagumo and Sakamoto were able to do so without powers.
If Shin loses concentration even for a second, he will die instantly.
He hears something but he runs away and ends up inside a sea lion tank.
The boys nearby think Shin is the zookeeper.
Uzuki-Takamura destroys the water tank, breaking Shin out.
Since the latter heard the kids crying, Shin reminds Takamura to focus on the esper.
Takamura attacks but he is only cuts down one of the JAA assassins sent to help him, meaning Takamura was responding to that fodder’s killing intent but funnily enough, he has time to play golf with the first assassin’s head, which kills another assassin.
The other assassins were also being slaughtered and were surprised their leader is killing them.
While evacuating the civilians, Shin wonders if using telepathy to say STOP will actually stop Takamura’s movements but even then, that would not finish him off and he imagines himself like the first dead assassin, his head joining the latter’s.
Shin wishes someone like Kindaka was around to help him out.
After calming down, Shin decides to try shutting down Takamura even if that means luring him with his killing intent but finds himself facing a water tank full of dead assassins.
From the other side of the blood-filled water tank, Takamura breaks out like a horror movie killer or monster.
Then Shin sees a woman with her crying child and tells them not to worry.
Shin feels confident that he can make a brief opening and so he says “Stop” to Takamura…
Except this cuts his neck.
The panel even resembles the scene from Jujutsu Kaisen where Satoru Gojo got his neck sliced by Sukuna during the Shinjuku Showdown.
With Takamura being an unstoppable force, is Shin actually going to die?
Sakamoto Days Chapter 216 will be released on June 8, 2025.
