Percival Reunites With His Grandfather! Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 196 Spoilers!
Can Percival’s reunion with his grandfather calm his vengeful spirit down?
In the previous Four Knights of the Apocalypse chapter, Tristan revives and kisses Isolde while Percival confronts Diodora before their final match.
Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 196’s cover shows Percival and Diodora as babies.
Diodora is shown completely shocked and angry Z and then tell Percival that he no longer cares about his father or the eternal kingdom of Camelet.
Diodora says that tomorrow he will enjoy killing Percival and then pile his friends’ heads next to his corpse.
With a mocking smile, he turns around but he sees Percival give off a totally dark aura, full of rage and desiring to see Diodora dead.
The once optimistic boy from Part 1 of the manga is now a much angrier, darker figure who has seen the hatred the world has for him.
In another shot, we have Diodora provoking a person to hit him, and once that person hits him back, he stomps on his face over and over again while Diodora declares that he will not forgive Percival for the death of his uncle Mortlach, the loss of his father’s memory, and the betrayal of his companions Rothes and Turret.
After meeting Diodora, Percival returns to the others, as if nothing had happened.
Gawain scolds Percival for taking off his Anti-Aware Ring as now the people in the Cauldron of Annwfyn might have caught on to Percival’s presence as one of the Four Knights of the Apocalypse.
In spite of seeming normal, Percival is clearly angry and wants to kill Diodora.
Donny tries to calm him down because he is not like that.
Percival tells Donny that he knows nothing about life spirits.
Not only from being disowned by Ironside and treated as a nuisance but also because of Percival knowing the value of every life he encounters, being a Life Spirit that dwells within everything.
Apparently, ifs Donny who suggests to Gareth that he make Percival’s grandfather appear and with Gareth’s Magic, Conjuration, which is normally used to control his ghost brother, Gareth is able to call on the spirit of Percival’s grandfather and the two reunite after 195 chapters apart since Varghese’s death at the hands of his own son, Ironside.
Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 197 will be released on July 2, 2025.
