Is this Elbaph backstory also secretly the Shanks flashback as well?
In the previous One Piece chapter, Shakuyaku arrives on Hachinosu, becoming its “treasure”, and Harald is offered a proposition by the Five Elders: to kill Rocks so Elbaph can join the World Government.

The reaction shows a “buckle-up” gif, indicating that this will be another hype chapter.
Shanks’ Mom
The first hint shows a woman with red hair, hinting that this chapter will reveal who Shanks’ mother actually is.
This could also mean we might even see the birth of the twins.
Some fans have theorized that with how prominent she is, Shakuyaku might be the mother but with the apparent scars around her abdomen in the last chapter, it is suggested that she could have also been Mihawk’s mother.
Haki Clash
The second hint shows a Haki flashback from the Oden flashback, which could be the first clash between Rocks and Gol D. Roger.
However, a similar hint was used for Harald and Rocks’ Haki clash in Chapter 1154: “Rocks Pirates”, meaning we might get a rematch.
Harald’s Involvement in the Incident
The third hint shows a no fighting sign, which may mean that Harald could have stopped whatever was happening within the God Valley Incident.
Or perhaps this may not even be the start of the God Valley Incident and that Harald probably joined the Rocks Pirates to pacify them and to fulfill his contract with the Five Elders last chapter to kill Rocks.
Oden and Gecko Moria
The fourth hint shows Oden with Momonosuke but also Moria, which could mean that the Yamato cover story will connect back to Gecko Moria in some capacity.
Double K.O.
The fifth hint shows a double K.O. screen, indicating that two of the powerhouses in the chapter are forced to a draw.
If we connect this to this chapter’s Haki clash, then the result is both fighters falling down.
