The Straw Hats are in the Matrix? One Piece Chapter 1128 Early Spoilers
One Piece might have introduced the idea of a video game but without the technology. What a fun concept for a fantasy setting like Elbaf.
In the previous One Piece chapter, the original five Straw Hats reunite after being taken from the Thousand Sunny to Elbaf. However, not all things are as they seem, being stuck in a Lego castle with a lot of weird phenomenon going on.

Chapter 1128 is titled, “RPG”
The cover shows the Straw Hat Pirates wearing student uniforms resembling those from the Harry Potter franchise flying on Brooms with one Huge Dragon behind them.
Now things become…even weirder as they arrive at a village except the residents are actually normal-sized humans, not Giants.
As it turns out, everything the Straw Hats witnessed was just an illusion, a toy box set inside a massive room.
This confirms the suspicion that everything happening is an illusion, which explains the inconsistent details present throughout the previous chapter and how the captor was able to put on all those outfits on the tiny Straw Hats.
The Straw Hats are trapped in a box, within a simulation.
Wait, the Straw Hats were in the Matrix?
This does explain the chapter title “RPG”, a role-playing game, indicating that the giant who trapped them wanted the Straw Hats as characters in a video game.
The one responsible for the illusion was a giant called the “Sun God”.
Hold on, does Nika have a pretender or a crazy fanboy?
The Straw Hat Crew smash through a wall and find Chopper outside.
The “Sun God” enters the Room, a massive giant with a Deer Skull atop his head, only to find the Straw Hats attempting to escape, riding on the giant crowned cat from the last chapter as the “Sun God” goes after them.
This leaves a lot of questions opened up.
Who burned the forest from last chapter? Or was the entire dialogue part of the RPG setup of the toy box?
And how did this giant get the Thousand Sunny, if it was taken along with the Straw Hats?
This and more we will find out in the coming chapters for sure.
