Nagumi Defeats Oki! Sakamoto Days Chapter 247 Spoilers!
Winning with a bluff, Nagumo channels Sakamoto’s fighting style in one final punch to defeat his former boss Oki
In the previous Sakamoto Days, Nagumo vs Oki continues, this time crashing a boat into a casino.
Days 247 is titled, “My Treat”.
This chapter has 19 pages.
The chapter begins with Oki destroying a roulette table with his naginata, causing cards to fly, with Nagumo grabbing one while parrying Oki with his blade.
Nagumo disappears among the crowd of gamblers.
Oki looks around for him.
Nagumo attacks Oki from behind disguised as a light-haired woman.
Oki calls out Nagumo for playing fair and not fighting dirty, then mocks Sakamoto for having wasted himself away after leaving the world of assassins.
The impact of Oki’s attack breaks one wall, which Nagumo attributes to Oki rotating his naginata for greater power.
Having destroyed Nagumo’s weapons, Oki remarks that it is painful to break a weapon that has been used and grown accustomed to in one’s hand but to fulfill one’s wishes, one must use any means necessary.
Now cornered, Nagumo brings out his transparent ceramic blade but Oki is able to watch out for Nagumo’s hand movements, catches the blade and slashes his body up with his naginata.
With Nagumo’s six blades destroyed, Oki declares that his foe has no means of escape.
While nearing impending death, Nagumo suddenly thinks about Fat Sakamoto reading something.
Then Nagumo gets a second wind and pretends to have another weapon, which Oki moves to block and slash away with his spear.
However, this was just a feint and instead Nagumo punches Oki in the fist with his fist, very Sakamoto style, causing him to be stabbed by a broken piece of Nagumo’s transparent blade.
Nagumo remarks that the secret to his survival was simply bluffing since Oki destroyed his cards (his weapons).
Nagumo offers to pay for Oki’s coffee and walks away but a weakened Oki grabs Nagumo’s shoulder and instead offers to pay for Nagumo’s, acknowledging Nagumo as one of his subordinates as he says that he will pay instead of them.
As Oki collapses and dies, Nagumo thanks him for the hard work.
Sakamoto Days Chapter 248 will be released on February 16, 2026.
