Yuji’s First Dismantle is CITY-WIDE!! Yuji Itadori is BEYOND SUKUNA LEVEL! Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 20 Spoilers!
With one Dismantle that destroys two separate city blocks at the same time, Yuji has officially gone beyond Sukuna level and we have not even seen his fully-realized Domain Expansion.
In the previous Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo chapter, Yuji Itadori finally makes his reappearance as he disarms both Rumelians and Sorcerers before they could even begin fighting.
Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 20 is titled, “”
Editor’s note:Â “‘What inherited is the will, old soldiers never die'”
This chapter has 20 pages, including the color page.
The cover features Yuka at the top summong Mahoraga and below is Tsurugi fusing with the Shikigami Rika, while both Yuta’s ring and Mahoraga’s wheel are joined together.

The style is quite similar to the key visual of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 with Yuta and Yuji.
Editor’s note:Â “He appears!”
The chapter begins with Mino spotting Yuji and Yuji remarking that he has been spotted.
Breaking out of the window, Oski comes down from the building, landing a blow with his axe that Yuji blocks easily, the force of the block forming cracks where he stood.
While holding the axe, Yuji lands a Black Flash on Oski, who bounces across multiple buildings just from one tap of Yuji’s Black Flash.
With Oski knocked out, Yuji tells Mino to send the bill, which means this hobo could still pay for hospital bills.
Mino is amazed by how Yuji was able to pull it off.
In front of Miyaguni, who stands with the knocked out sorcerers, Yuji tells Mino to inform the aliens and that Oski and the other combatants’ wounds will take 2-3 days to heal.
However, Mino is angered that Yuji only appeared and because of that, the cancer-striken Yuka has to fight against the strongest Simurian, Dabura Karaba, at the cost of her life.
However, Yuji says that “it does not matter”, that “Yuji Itadori does not matter”.
This is a callback to the ending of Jujutsu Kaisen, where Gojo tells Yuji his final wishes, that “Satoru Gojo does not matter”
The words “it does not matter” were also brought up when Yuji met with Iori, Yuka and Tsurugi’s father and Yuta and Maki’s son, in Chapter 17: “Chaos and Harmony”, the start of the eventual 3rd and possibly final volume of Modulo.
Yuji points out that his role is not to fight the current war because “Old soldiers never die. They simply fade away.”
And for Yuji, the immortal Sorcerer, he intends to fade away into the background, avoiding the cruel fate of Satoru Gojo but still remaining alone.
In a world that only sees you as a weapon.
Just like Dabura.
Yuji instead states that his role now is to wipe out the Cursed Spirits that are pouring out of Tokyo
As Yuji looks on, he thinks about Gojo.
Dabura’s CURSED TECHNIQUE REVERSAL!!!
We return to Mahoraga vs Dabura.
Having healed his leg just by thinking about Reverse Cursed Technique, Dabura wonders if he can apply Positive Energy, which is made by multiplying Cursed Energy with itself, to a Cursed Technique.
This results in Dabura creating the opposite of Light, which happens to be a black, hardened ball of darkness.
Dabura is quite a fast learner.
In only a few minutes, he not only healed with Reverse Cursed Technique but also unlocked Light’s Reversal.
Dabura prepares this orb when he is ready to strike against Mahoraga in the middle of an Adaptation.
Tsurugi vs Maru Round 2!!
Meanwhile for Tsurugi vs Maru, we see Tsurugi-Rika walking on the growing roots but then gets frozen thanks to Maru’s Chaos technique.
Before Maru could land a blow, Tsurugi-Rika breaks out of the ice with overwhelming strength and pushes back against Maru
From his shadow, Tsurugi brings out Split-Soul Katana
It seems Rika has stored Maki’s weapons.
Split-Soul Katana was made from the remainder of Mai and Maki’s Cursed Energy, hence why at the start of Modulo, the weapon is treated as if it was Mai herself.
Rika tells Tsurugi that for now, he should just swing with all of his might as her strength will augment his.
Yuji’s CITY-LEVEL Dismantle
Suddenly, Maru turns his back around as Cursed Spirits come for them.
Maru worries about this crowd of Cursed Spirits pouring out, which he theorized was because they were frightened by Dabura’s overwhelming presence.
Yuji casually walks atop the building, remarking how they underestimated the volume of Cursed Spirits.
Remarking it is the first time such an event has taken place, Yuji activates Dismantle, wiping out the whole crowd and smashing through two whole city blocks in one move.
This is even more impressive than ANYTHING Ryomen Sukuna has pulled with the Dismantle outside of his World Cutting Slash.
Yuji was able to precisely target two distant spots, which happen to be where the two duels have taken place, and pull out that level of destruction is insane and is confirmation that he is BEYOND Sukuna-tier.
Yuji Itadori has surpassed Satoru Gojo as the Strongest, now fully able to wipe out a significant amount of Tokyo’s Cursed Spirits with a Dismantle that did not even take much out of him.
Because of this move, Maru’s Third Eye pulsates with so much pain, giving Tsurugi the opening to land a blow but it was a shallow one.
Now desperate to end it all, Maru declares the battle to be over and prepares for a final strike.
The chapter ends with Rika’s mask falling off as Tsurugi thanks Rika and Maru sensing Tsurugi’s cursed energy disappearing.
Are we about to see Tsurugi gain a full awakening like his grandmother Maki did but this time, Rika probably took Tsurugi’s remaining Cursed Energy with her?
In the last page, Maru is covered in blood, terrified at how much power one gains with a Binding
Vow.
Blood splatters on a U-turn sign, which sounds like Gege Akutami telling the audience that we are now entering the Modulo’s full circle?
Was this the Binding Vow that fused Tsurugi and Rika or has Tsurugi fully awakened his physically-gifted Heavenly Restriction.
Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 21 will be released on February 9, 2026.
