The page shows a flashback of how Kashin Koji met Boruto, with the appearance he had after Sasuke’s defeat. Boruto is teleported through Koji’s Reverse Summoning Jutsu to a place with pillars bearing a familiar, snake-scale motif.

Koji: We are outside the Land of Wind. In one of Orochimaru’s bases that was already abandoned.
Even the secret entrances and exits to this base are hidden by my senjutsu. It’s not that easy to find.

This has also been confirmed to be from page 52, with the prediction that Boruto will get his V Jump cover this August. V Jump is the magazine Boruto is published in.

Additionally, the V Jump preview for the chapter release shows Boruto and Kawaki glaring at each other, with Kawaki’s right arm clutching Boruto’s chest or cloak. On the background is Jura.
