In the previous Four Knights of the Apocalypse chapter, we learn that the fake King Arthur is none other than Cath Palug, the embodiment of malice.

Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 218 is titled, “Marriage Red”

This chapter has 20 pages.

The cover features Guinevere with a miniature version of Sin, Lancelot’s fox form.

The citizens of Camelot cheer on for the wedding that will take place today between King Arthur and the future Queen Guinevere.

A messenger provides the citizens with amulets of protection as “gifts” from King Arthur but to Guinevere’s imprisoned family and subjects, they are a means to protect Guinevere.

Given no one knows who this man is, we can take a guess.

Or two, since Thetis, aka the reincarnation of Derieri, is the magic expert.

Some of the citizens praise how King Arthur enabled them to “stay” with their loved ones even after death.

They all witness the wedding procession, with fake Arthur and Guinevere on their horses greeting the people while the hypnotized Four Evils, now in armor, march with them.

Cath delights in Guinevere’s good mood but Guinever reminds the King that she is only giving her best smile here because he took her parents hostage, otherwise she would have at least let him be her servant, a cheeky line that amuses “Arthur”.

While smiling before the cheering crowd, Guinevere verbalizes how her guts are boiling inside full of anger and that even when they are married, she will not a lay a finger on “Arthur” but the King does so himself instead.

This leads to Guinevere to threaten “Arthur” with death.

The wedding ends and “Arthur” brings Guinevere back to her tower, with “Arthur” still insisting this cage is for her “protection”.

As Guinevere removes her wedding clothes and throws away her crown, “Arthur” wishes for the end of the Seven Deadly Sins and Four Knights of the Apocalypse and asks Guinevere for a decisive prediction.

When “Arthur” touches her chin, however, Guinevere bites on his finger hard.

“Arthur” is nonchalant about the notion of Guinevere dying if he touches her but promises to make sure she dies alongside her loved ones.

“Arthur” demonstrates how he can offer his wife anything she wants, including nice clothes but Guinevere insists on her freedom, her parents and someone she was about to accidentally blurt out.

“Arthur” gets annoyed and destroys the dress he holds, remarking that it could be the person Guienevere promised herself to but it is someone she does not name.

As the cat monster bids farewell, hiding his anger and sharp teeth, the door closes, revealing that Lancelot was there all along.

Hidden from view thanks to Zero Sign.

As Guinevere expresses her wish to be Lancelot’s bride, she plants her face on his chest.

A love confession in time for Christmas? Quite timely given how Japan celebrates the holidays.

Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 219 is titled, “What I Want to Tell You”, and will be released on December 24, 2025.
