We see Boruto rushing to the battle while Shikamaru is surprised that Jura’s attack has already arrived and was several days off-schedule.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29 will be released on December 20, 2025, making it the last Boruto chapter of the year and the first for the unreleased Volume 8.
