The Weight of Responsibility as Blue Lock’s King! France vs Japan BEGINS! Blue Lock Chapter 329 Spoilers!

In the previous Blue Lock chapter, Ego reveals the existence of the God of Football that could reveal Isagi’s ultimate evolution when facing off against the final boss of Blue Lock, Noel Noa.

Blue Lock Chapter 329 is titled, “Don’t Give Up”

U-20 WORLD CUP- GROUP A GAME 2

FRANCE 2-1 ENGLAND

The chapter begins with Game 2 of Group A between France and England, with Julien Loki shining with his speed.

We see the status of the other groups for the U-20 World Cup.

Blue Lock is part of Group A, which has beaten Nigeria. 

With France winning this match, they will face Blue Lock next.

This is quite exciting as Blue Lock is jumping from the “template” of the U-20 in the form of Onazi from Nigeria to the heights in the form of Loki and Hugo from France.

Group 3: Germany 3-0 Costa Rica

We see our boy Michael Kaiser again, just winning.

Back in Japan, Blue Lock watches the other games.

Nanase remarks that Germany has it in the bag and Aryu and Otoya imitate Kaiser swearing revenge on Yoichi Isagi but Karasu thinks they are acting like Ness, who also hates Isagi for the alliance that made Kaiser reject him.

Hiori explains the rules:

The group league is round-robin—each team plays three matches.

The top two teams from each group advance, so six teams move on.

If Blue Lock wins the next match and get their second win, advancing to the knockout stage is basically secured.

The problem is immediately after the clean victory against Nigeria in their first game, France is the rank 1 team.

Chigiri is not worried either way, the match is inevitable and they intend to devour them.

Yukimiya re-echoes Kurona and Chigiri’s sentiments, that being the world’s number one is what matters, something that he thinks Isagi would say.

While Isagi is confused if they are making fun of him, Yukimiya clarifies that he is praising his mentality.

Now Chigiri comes in with the teasing, saying that Isagi has “spoiled prodigy” energy but he also says that because of Isagi’s energy, everyone else is trying to catch up to him.

Isagi takes on Raichi’s dare to be the world’s number one.

In the restroom, Isagi comes across Rin, who is in a cubicle doing his business.

After telling Isagi not to look, Rin asks if soccer and the state of having your plans come together is fun for Isagi, to which Isagi suggests offering Rin a sample of that success.

Rin reminds Isagi not to get satisfied, which is probably referencing Nagi’s satisfaction, as he wants Isagi to remain the “demon king” until Rin destroys his brother Sae.

Bachira comes across Rin to ask where Isagi is as he wanted to train with him but Rin refuses to give an answer.

Isagi reflects on how his relationship with Rin and the other Egoists of Blue Lock is improving.

While this is good, Isagi feels frightened by the idea of being Number One.

Now Isagi feels a sense of responsibility as Blue Lock’s king because the team is putting him in the center, so he worries that if his condition fails or makes a mistake or lose, he will also cause Blue Lock to come apart.

Now Isagi feels the pressure of being the top player of a team and asks if Rin from his own team,Kaiser or even Loki felt this way.

He also realizes Noel Noa has felt this many times and keeps overcoming it.

So Isagi focuses on being obsessed with being the world’s best while he heads for the game between France and Japan!
