A Power Similar to Escanor? Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 190 Spoilers!

Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 190’s cover shows Balin and Gawain staring down.

Caperdonich (Gowther) comments that it is a fierce battle and that Balin refuses to take physical damage despite the continuous attacks.

Beltreipe is still wondering why his arm hurts so much, which could be due to being reminded of his brother Escanor.

Still in his Holy Knight of Camelot disguise, Gowther travels through Beltreipe’s memories and mentions that the memories are turbulent and Chaos is growing more intense. 

We get a panel of a young Escanor apologizing for having broken Daymond’s (Beltreipe’s) arm.

Back to the fight: Balin is amazed by Gawain’s magic and Gawain explains that this magic the heat of the sun, harnessed through her own body, calling it “The Light of Dawn.” 

This sounds different from Escanor’s Grace, Sunshine, which originally came from the Archangel Mael (remade as Estarossa of the Ten Commandments).

Balin claims this makes Gawain like the Sun Goddess herself.

Hmm, this is an interesting claim. Are there other gods outside the Demon King, Supreme Deity and Sacred Tree that were created by Chaos?

Gawain blushes from the flattery and the two continue their fight, with their sword clash creating a powerful gust of wind that knocks people from their seats.

Eventually, Balin throws his sword at Gawain, who sends it back by slamming it into the ground. Both end up disarmed, beginning a hand-to-hand fight. 

Gawain kicks Balin in the face, and he strikes back with a blow to her side, making her spit blood and fall to the ground. 

Chion worries about the skill gap between the two.

Seeing herself outmatched, Gawain reveals a secret weapon she wanted to use in her fight against Percival, who is watching the match intently.

Suddenly, Gawain’s muscles begin to grow slowly, with her saying that this is the Tyrant Style at 80%, and her body becomes heavily muscular to be twice Balin’s size, similar to Escanor’s form 

With a single punch, she smashes Balin to the ground and then sends him flying with a kick but Balin gets back up and kicks Gawain in the face, making her bleed as Balin remains unscathed. 

Caperdonic comments that Balin is invincible, not having taken a single hit.

Percival yells Gawain’s name while everyone watches, stunned. 

Balin wishes to fight someone who can change his fight while Gawain considers using 100% but worries that she will just burn energy.

The chapter ends with Balin asking why Gawain fights and Gawain says that she fights for her friends.

Four Knights of the Apocalypse Chapter 191 will be released on May 13, 2025
