Twitter’s trusted anime leaker, @oecuf0, on May 29, 2024, posted on their account that Undead Unluck will be relevant once again, with Season 2 being announced in the coming months! However, they did not give an exact announcement or release date.
No other information whether the studio, staff or cast details returning have been revealed yet so stay tuned!

Undead Unluck Season 1 ended on March 23, 2024, with the 24th episode titled “To You, From Me” seeing Fuuko and Andy fighting against UMA Autumn, but it was quickly shown that they weren’t strong enough to deal with it.
As such, the mysterious Unknown Negator Anno Un sent Fuuko’s soul inside of Andy’s memories so they could learn more about each other and themselves, thus increasing the skill with which they used their powers.
