Undead Unluck Season 2 Announced
Undead Unluck is set to return in the near future with Season 2 and potentially the end of its first saga.
On December 25, 2025, after the broadcast of the special episode, “Undead Unluck: Winter Arc”, it was announced that Season 2 of the series has begun production.
For the announcement, the author Yoshifumi Tozuka drew an illustration of Shen Jiang, the Untruth Negator.
The anime stopped at the special Winter Arc, which ended on Chapter 56: “Because You Believe” and at Volume 7 of 27 of the series.
If the anime will have another 24 episodes, this likely means that it will end around the Ragnarok Arc (Chapter 94-132), which will conclude the first half of the series, leaving the remaining 107 chapters for another 2 or so seasons.
There is no confirmed date or staff list.
This is important because the special episode was produced by E&H Productions (Ninja Kamui) and directed by its founder, Sunghoo Park (Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 and 0) yet most of the original staff from David Production are involved
