The Quintessential Quintuplets: Goto Pazu Game Sequel To Release This Year

On Saturday, “The Quintessential Quintuplets 5th Anniversary Event in Yokohama Arena” revealed the newest console game in the Quintessential Quintuplets series, MAGES.’ Gotōbun no Hanayome: Goto Pazu Story, will give rise to a sequel called Gotōbun no Hanayome: Goto Pazu Story 2nd on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 this year.

On Saturday, a teaser website also went live. On May 27, the staff will provide additional information about the game and start taking pre-orders.

The primary plot of the follow-up game revolves around events from the second season of the television anime and the second year of the smartphone game Gotōbun no Hanayome: Itsutsugo-chan wa Puzzle wo Gotōbun Dekinai.

It includes all twenty-three of the event accounts and card artwork from the previous year. The puzzle components from the smartphone game will not be present in the new game.

After a postponed release in May 2023, the first Gotōbun no Hanayome: Goto Pazu Story game was released in June 2023 for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

The smartphone game Gotōbun no Hanayome: Itsutsugo-chan wa Puzzle wo Gotōbun Dekinai has been ported to consoles. October 2020 saw the introduction of the mobile game.

The smartphone game’s completely voiced tale is the only portion available on the console version.

The Quintessential Quintuplets ~Summer Memories Also Come in Five~ was created by MAGES. Previously, the game was released in Japan in March 2021 for the PS4 and Switch.

Additionally, MAGES. created the video game adaption of the sequel anime film Eiga Gotōbun no Hanayome (The Quintessential Quintuplets the Movie) ~Kimi to Sugoshita Itsutsu no Omoide~ (The Quintessential Quintuplets the Movie: Five Memories of My Time with You).

The game launched for PS4 and Switch in June 2022.

The original manga by Negi Haruba was published in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in August 2017 and finished in February 2020.
