On Saturday, the seventh volume of Wakame Konbu’s The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious (Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii)Â manga announced that it will end with its eighth volume.
This means that the manga will end in Spring 2024.
In January 2020, Konbu launched the manga in Square Enix’s Gangan Joker magazine. Square Enix published its first volume in April 2020.
Yen Press has licensed the manga, and will release its sixth volume on August 22,
The manga’s anime adaptation premiered in July 2022. The anime also received an English Dub in August 2022, Both were streamed by Crunchyroll as they aired.
Yen Press describes the manga as:
I hired a maid who has something about her I just can’t put my finger on.
