The Ghost in the Shell New Anime Series Revealed!

On Friday, it was announced that Masamune Shirow’s Ghost in the Shell series is getting a new anime adaptation by Science SARU. The anime will premiere in 2026.
A teaser visual has been released as well.
Masamune Shirow released the original manga in 1989 through the YOUNG MAGAZINE by Kodansha.
The series also received an anime movie adaptation by Mamoru Oshii in 1995 and multiple anime series and a Hollywood live-action film.
